Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
- 1 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Method
- Mash softened cream cheese with a fork.
- Add 1/2 c. mayonnaise and blend well.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Add chopped salad olives and olive juice.
- Add dash of pepper.
- Stir well. Refrigerate.
- Spread on wheat or rye crackers.
