Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
Method
- Cream margarine, sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add salt and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Stir in flour.
- Spoon into greased 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then on rack.
