Ingredients
- 3/4 pounds, 3-7/8 ounces, weight Philidelphia Cream Cheese
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Icing (powdered) Sugar
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Sour Cream
Method
- 1. Whip together cream cheese, icing sugar and sour cream in a food processor, stand mixer or by hand until smooth.
- 2. Spread generously over the cake.
