- 1 stick margarine or 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- pie shells (of choice)
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper.
- Cook until onions are transparent and wilted.
- Add crawfish tails and mix well.
- Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
