Ingredients
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 2 boxes frozen spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 oz. grated American cheese
Method
- Saute onions in butter until clear.
- Add crawfish and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add flour; stir until smooth.
- Add milk; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked spinach.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serves 8 to 10.
