Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- cloves
- 1 lb. cranberries
- salt
Method
- Combine sugar and water into saucepan.
- Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add a dash of cloves and bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and a dash of salt.
- Cook cranberries in boiling water until the skin pops.
- This will take about 10 minutes.
- Very good with roast turkey or meat pie.
