Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 2 pkg. orange jello
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. fresh orange and juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Grind the berries in a food processor; pour sugar over the cranberries.
  • Let stand 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin, orange jello and water; let cool.
  • Add the gelatin mixture to the cranberries; mix well.
  • Add the orange and juice, pineapple and pecans.
  • Pour in a jello mold or container; let thicken.
