Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 2 pkg. orange jello
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. fresh orange and juice
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Grind the berries in a food processor; pour sugar over the cranberries.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin, orange jello and water; let cool.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the cranberries; mix well.
- Add the orange and juice, pineapple and pecans.
- Pour in a jello mold or container; let thicken.
