Ingredients
- 1 bag cranberries
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 2 to 3 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Add 3/4 cup cold water to 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin to soften.
- Add 2/3 cup boiling water.
- Cool mixture.
- Blend or chop cranberries in blender.
- Add celery, sugar and walnuts.
- In large bowl, mix gelatin and cranberry mixture.
- Fold in miniature marshmallows and the Cool Whip.
- Chill and serve.
