Ingredients

  • 1 bag cranberries
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 2 to 3 c. Cool Whip

Method

  • Add 3/4 cup cold water to 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin to soften.
  • Add 2/3 cup boiling water.
  • Cool mixture.
  • Blend or chop cranberries in blender.
  • Add celery, sugar and walnuts.
  • In large bowl, mix gelatin and cranberry mixture.
  • Fold in miniature marshmallows and the Cool Whip.
  • Chill and serve.
