Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
- Break up the cranberry sauce in a bowl.
- Sieve the cottage cheese or, preferably, puree it in a blender.
- Put half the cooled gelatin mixture in the cranberry sauce and the other half in the sieved cottage cheese.
