Ingredients
- 2 c. cracklings (I use small ones purchased at the grocery)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. hot water
Method
- Pour salt over cracklings;
- mix well.
- Add meal and hot water to make
- a stiff
- paste.
- Make 2 pones and bake at 400° about 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
