Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Cream
- butter
- and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Then sift flour,
- baking powder and soda.
- Beat well.
- Then stir in oatmeal and
- coconut.
- Mix in by hand, Rice Krispies.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased
- cookie
- sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
