Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 stick margarine
- 11 1/2 oz. milk chocolate morsels
Method
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and cover foil with whole saltines (40).
- Melt margarine, brown sugar and butter together. Boil 3 minutes, then spread over crackers.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate morsels over and let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
- Spread chocolate. Cool in refrigerator and break up or cut into pieces.
- Store in cool place.
