Ingredients
- 9 English muffins
- 5 oz. jar Kraft Old English sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Wakefield shrimp and crabmeat
- 1 tsp. mayo
Method
- Defrost fish and go through to make sure there is no shell. Melt cheese and butter; to this, add fish and mayo.
- Toast muffins and spread the mixture on the muffins.
- Before serving, put in oven at 350° for about 15 minutes.
- Muffins can be cut into fourths for bite size appetizers.
