- 1 (8 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 pkg. flaky style refrigerator rolls
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients.
- Separate each roll into three parts and place on cookie sheet.
- Spoon on crab meat mixture.
- Top with slice of water chestnut.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Makes 36.
