Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon minced watercress
- 2 pieces freshly made toast
Method
- Melt the butter. Warm shallots until transparent. Add crab meat. Stir until heated through. Add dill and water cress. Stir and serve on toast.
