Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
  • 1-1/2 tsp. grated gingerroot
  • 2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cubed, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Method

  • Mix mayo, dressing and ginger until blended.
  • Combine potatoes, fruit and coconut in large bowl.
  • Add mayo mixture; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
