- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Break crabmeat into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly with fork.
- Pile into scallop shells.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
