Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Amaretto
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pecans, Chopped

Method

  • 1) Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2) Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • 3) Add eggs and Amaretto*.
  • 4) Incorporate flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • 5) Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and pecans.
  • 6) Drop by the spoonful on a greased baking sheet.
  • 7) Bake for 12 minutes (I like my cookies underdone.)
  • *I typically have Amaretto on hand, but any liquor will do.
