Ingredients
- 2 c. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
Method
- In double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in raisins and nuts.
- Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Yield: 2 dozen.
