Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 to 8 bacon slices, fried crisp and crumbled
Method
- Bake cornbread according to package directions.
- Cool and crumble fine.
- Add other ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
