- 4 ears fresh corn, unhusked
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place the corn in its husks directly on the oven rack and roast for 30 to 40 minutes, until the corn is soft when you press on it.
- Peel down the husks and tie in a knot to use as a handle when eating.
- This method produces by far the sweetest corn I have ever had.
