Ingredients
- 2 12 cups corn kernels
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 14 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 12 teaspoons table salt
- peanut oil, for frying
Method
- Stir corn into eggs.
- Sift together dry ingredients and stir into wet ingredients.
- Heat peanut oil, 3" deep in pot, to 375F Drop mixture by tablespoons into oil.
- Fry 5-8 minutes until golden brown, turning over once.
