Ingredients
- 1 can or 1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 egg whites
Method
- Beat egg yolks well.
- Add all other ingredients except whites and mix well.
- Last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake in a buttered dish in a 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Best if placed in pan of water while baking.
