Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 can corn (not drained)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Mix all together and put in greased glass 2-quart casserole. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned on top at 350°.
