Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
- dash of garlic
- 1 tsp. onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add whole and creamed corn and cornbread mix.
- Stir with fork.
- Add garlic, onion, sugar and eggs.
- Fold sour cream in gently.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
