Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, partially drained
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- jalapeno peppers (optional)
Method
- Mix everything together.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or at 400° for 30 minutes.
- (Fits well in Pampered Chef deep dish baker.)
