Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Method
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Pour in greased casserole bowl.
- Top with dollops of sour cream.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown on top.
