Ingredients
- 2 cans mexi-corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg (5oz) yellow rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients, except shredded cheese. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
