Ingredients
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Melt butter in 8 x 8
- x 2-inch baking pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour into dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
