Ingredients
- 1 bag carrots
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
Method
- Cook carrots until slightly tender.
- Drain; let cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Marinate overnight.
- Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.
