Ingredients

  • 1 large size prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz. frozen concentrate limeade
  • 4 to 5 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 to 2 kiwi fruit, thinly sliced
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained

Method

  • Cream together softened cream cheese with the condensed milk. Add limeade and food coloring until very smooth. Fold in half the carton of Cool Whip and place filling in the prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before topping with remaining Cool Whip, kiwi and oranges.
