Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 jar dried beef, sliced thin
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. flour
Method
- Place 2 slices of dried beef on each chicken breast and roll up.
- Wrap each
- rolled
- breast
- with
- slice
- of bacon. Place in a lightly
- greased baking dish.
- Cover with a mixture of soup, sour cream and
- flour.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55 minutes. Serve over rice or hot, buttered noodles.
