Ingredients
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 1/3 c. rice
- 1 c. chopped onion
- dash of salt
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1/3 can water
Method
- Saute rice and onion in oleo.
- Add mushrooms, beef consomme, water and salt.
- Place in a casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake for one hour at 350°.
