Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) size lemon jello
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. ripe peaches, cut into bite size
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add cold water.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Stir in gelatin.
- Fold in Cool Whip and peaches.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until congealed.
