Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 4 cups letter-shaped whole grain oat with corn and wheat cereal
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Method

  • Microwave margarine in 4-qt.
  • microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
  • or until melted.
  • Stir in peanut butter with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Add marshmallows; toss to evenly coat.
  • Microwave 1-1/2 min.
  • or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  • Stir in cereal and raisins.
  • Shape into 12 (2-inch) balls with slightly moistened hands.
  • Insert one wooden pop stick into each ball.
  • Place on wax paper-lined tray.
  • Cool.
  • Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
