Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butte r
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, dice
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Melt butter in sauce pan and cook diced peppers over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Stir in corn and water.
- Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve
