Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
- 1/2 c. Rose wine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. raspberry sherbet
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Combine raspberries, wine, sour cream, sherbet and milk in blender container.
- Process until well blended.
- Strain, if desired.
- Pour into small bowls.
- Float lime slices on top.
- Add several drops of fresh lime juice.
- Serves 8.
