Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Method
- Place sugar and flour in saucepan and mix well.
- Separate eggs.
- Use 4 whites for meringue; use 5 yolks and other white in custard.
- Add oleo and milk.
- Cook until thick.
- Add coconut and flavoring.
- Cool.
- Place in baked shell and top with meringue.
