Ingredients

  • chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • all-purpose flour
  • seasoning salt
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • Emeril's seasoning
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt

Method

  • Mix flour and seasonings together. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Coat chicken breasts in flour mixture and cook in butter until brown on both sides. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, soup (do not add water) and mushrooms. Spread on top of chicken and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Add cheese and put back in oven until melted. Serve over rice if you wish.
