Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 lb. coconut, shredded
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
Method
- Melt together butter, milk and vanilla.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well using beaters for 5 minutes.
- Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Cut into 1-inch squares. Dip into melted chocolate.
- Place on waxed paper until chocolate sets.
