Ingredients
- 1 gal. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 2-1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1-1/4 cups butter
- 2 gal. cocoa sweetened rice cereal
Method
- Spray full hotel pan (or half hotel pan for trial recipe), large spoon and rubber spatula with cooking spray; set aside.
- Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
- Melt marshmallows, peanut butter and butter in top of double boiler, stirring frequently.
- Pour over cereal; mix well.
- Press evenly into prepared pan.
- Cool 1 hour.
- Cut into 60 (8x6-inch)squares (or 12 [4x3-inch] squares for trial recipe).
