Ingredients
- 1 c. softened butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Cream together sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Mix together flour, salt, baking soda in small bowl.
- Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk to creamed sugar and butter mixture. Blend at low speed to blend and then on medium speed for 1 minute. Add cola and marshmallows.
- Blend well.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cool about 1/2 hour, then frost.
