- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
