Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tsp. milk, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 2-1/2 cups flour, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold butter, divided
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product

Method

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Beat 1 cup milk and egg with fork until blended.
  • Mix 2-1/4 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
  • Grate 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture; stir with fork until blended.
  • Add egg mixture; stir to make soft dough.
  • Sprinkle remaining flour onto work surface.
  • Knead dough on floured work surface to form smooth ball.
  • Roll into 12x10-inch rectangle.
  • Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
  • Roll up dough tightly, starting at one long side.
  • Cut dough into 15 pieces; place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min.
  • or until puffed and lightly browned.
  • Beat icing sugar, cream cheese and remaining milk until blended.
  • Drizzle over scones.
