- 1 cup plus 2 tsp. milk, divided
- 1 egg
- 2-1/2 cups flour, divided
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold butter, divided
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
Method
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Beat 1 cup milk and egg with fork until blended.
- Mix 2-1/4 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
- Grate 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture; stir with fork until blended.
- Add egg mixture; stir to make soft dough.
- Sprinkle remaining flour onto work surface.
- Knead dough on floured work surface to form smooth ball.
- Roll into 12x10-inch rectangle.
- Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
- Roll up dough tightly, starting at one long side.
- Cut dough into 15 pieces; place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until puffed and lightly browned.
- Beat icing sugar, cream cheese and remaining milk until blended.
- Drizzle over scones.
