Ingredients
- 2 lb beef chuck roast
- 26 oz pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup mini wagon wheel pasta
- 1 cup baby carrots halved
- 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans
Method
- coat a slow cooler w cooking spray; set aside.
- season beef w salt and pepper
- place beef in slow cooker
- add sauce and water
- cover; cook on low heat for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- add pasta carrots and beans, stirring into liquid.
- increase to high heat and cook 45 min more.
