Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. pecans or almonds
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Whisk egg white until frothy.
- Mix in nuts until well coated.
- Spread on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Remove; cool on foil.
