Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chorizo (sausage)
- 1 medium onion
- 5 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- fresh cilantro or parsley
Method
- Cover and bake in a 350° oven about 50 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. Servings:
