Ingredients

  • 8 pork boxes (or chop without bone), thick around 1-1.5 cm
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 / 2 cup dry white wine
  • 3 / 4 cup cream
  • 1 / 2 cup chicken (or vegetable) bouillon
  • 1 / 4 cup mustard

Method

  • Flour the salted and peppered meat.
  • Heat butter and olive oil in frying pan
  • Fry the boxes on both sides
  • Remove dish and cover it
  • Put the wine in the same pan (first remove fat) and boiled until the wine reduces to 2 tablespoon
  • Add the cream, the chicken (or vegetable) bouillon, the mustard and the sauce of the finished boxes
  • Stir about 5 Min or until the sauce get compact
  • Put the sauce on the boxes
  • Taste with salt and pepper
