Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs, separated (use yellows for this and whites for meringue)
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
- Stir in enough milk to dissolve.
- Beat in egg yolks; add rest of milk.
- Cook until thick; add butter and vanilla.
