Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Ingredients will be layered in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Prepare pudding mix by package directions and set aside.
- First Layer:
- Mix nuts, flour and margarine, then pat into bottom of lightly oiled pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool.
